At LIVFRESH, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
